As with your partner in crime and disseminator of shadowy injustice, I am going to have a look at your gear/enchants/etc. and see whether you're tall enough to ride our crazy train.

Talents

I see you've chosen an elementalist specc, no doubt to maximize the use of Frostfire Bolt...which is tremendous DPS considering it gains all benefits from both fire and ice spells. However, I do see an issue with using Frostbite in raids, because you don't want to freeze targets that a tank may need to position. It may mean you have to put more points in Improved Frostbolt, for instance, to get enough points to move deeper into the tier.

I think the same would go for impact, for the same reasons. Both cases may mean little for bosses, who are immune to such spiffy things, but positioning can be tough if it proccs on trash. I know I specced out of Blackout for this reason ^_^. Angry tank is angry.

Gear

Hit-capped! <3

I know this means making a sacrifice on the crit department, but for raiding it is so nice not to watch a big fat "resist!" message.

Like with me, some pieces are still level 70. They are good pieces, and have a nice spread of stats which makes it hard to get rid of them. Sadly, we'll have to. I'd suggest a few of the following items:

Wrist - [Azure Cloth Bindings] - Violet Hold Heroic
Offhand - [Ward of the Violet Citadel] - 25 badges (Very nice item for the price)
Shoulder - [Frostsavage Shoulders] - Crafted (Also a PvP item, but loaded with crit and int too)

This should be more than enough to get you going, but your gear on the whole should be fine for 25-mans. I'd also look into getting your Flame Scalpel enchanted. No need for the really expensive spellpower one, but a lesser one would do. Also, the chest and cloak have no enchants. Stats and haste would do (again, the cheapo variant).

If you want to splurge, you may want to look into getting the [Plush Sash of Guzbah], and get a [Eternal Belt Buckle]. Slotting that may free enough of your +Hit requirements that you can freely swap out other gear if needed. This would also allow you to take a higher-DPS trinket instead of the one you use for +Hit now.

Conclusion

On the whole, good gear. Still some level 70 stuff, but it is good stuff. The shoulders have to go though, they're showing holes by now ^_^.

Good to see you back here. I'll let the gear comments be done by people who know a lot more about it then me. But on your character, game play and support to other players i can definitly vouch for you.

For instance, Genji has taken the time to talk to other people to see which JC stuff would be usefull for them and be sure to learn those first. It was very nice to see that kind of attention.

I know I still need to improve my gear allot and need to get enchants and such. Having hard time finding heroics. But we are getting there slowly XD.

I agree with most of the items Nat told me to improve even tho I was looking at different shoulders. But those are looking nice aswell and easier to obtain .

As for the belt it isnt a must in my eyes. Working on the ebonweave chest and on getting the JC only hit gem and such. Wich will improve switching around allot ^^

As for not having enchanted most of my stuff. Is mainly cause I wanted to maximize my stuff first

Oh yeah forgot to comment on the frostbite and impact. I know that thing is mainly there to waste points at the moment. This is a built I made up quickly to check my dps difference between frost en frostfire spec so yeah I am totally to blame there
